COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures

In accordance with Lagos state guidelines, we have implemented necessary health and safety measures to ensure our guests enjoy a safe dine-in experience at NOK.

General

  • We are open Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm-8pm

  • We will be operating a reservation only service

  • All staff have received in depth training regarding COVID-19 awareness, restaurant hygiene and personal hygiene.

Restaurant & Garden Updates

  • The floor plan has been adapted to allow 2 metres social distancing, reducing our capacity to 10 tables.

  • The NOK garden is open, with couches reserved for single households and families up to 4 guests. As with the dine-in service, any party larger than 4 will need to book in advance.

  • A tap has been installed at the NOK entrance to allow mandatory hand washing upon entry.

  • Temperature checks will be carried out for guests upon entry.

  • Guests will be greeted outside of the restaurant to avoid unnecessary contact with door handles.

  • Hand sanitizers are readily available at all times

  • The floors are clearly marked to give safe social distance guidelines, in addition to clear signage in the restaurant.

Cleaning

  • All restaurant surfaces, tables, bars, seats, doors, handles are deep cleaned throughout the day.

  • Tables and chairs are sanitized between each sitting.

  • Designated cleaners are on hand to sanitize all door handles after every touch in the restaurant and bathrooms.

  • All napkins will be rewashed with disinfectant after each sitting.

  • Menus have been replaced with disposable menus, to be disposed of after each sitting.
